We offer ongoing, regular prescription medications for cats, dogs, horses, and even a few "exotic" pets. Because getting animals to take medicine can be incredibly difficult, our specialized laboratory can customize formulations into pet-friendly formats:

• Custom Dosage Forms – We can prepare treatments as traditional capsules filled with powder, oil-based capsules, oral liquids, or specialized topical gels (including poloxamer gels that can be absorbed through the skin of a cat's ear).
• Pet-Approved Flavours – We can flavor medications (such as beef, chicken, tuna, or sweet varieties) to make administration completely stress-free for both you and your pet.
  

Our Promise to You and Your Vet

• Honest, Fast Answers: While we have a vast veterinary formulary, there may be some specific animal medications we cannot provide. We promise to let you know quickly if we are unable to fulfill a request, and we will happily assist you in finding a veterinary compounder who can.
• Vet Collaboration: Our trained pharmacists are always available to collaborate directly with your veterinarian to answer clinical questions or design a custom formulation for specific needs.
• Turnaround Times: Because our custom animal medications are built from scratch, we typically require 48 hours’ notice to prepare your compounded medication.
• Urgent Care Priority: If your pet's medication is needed urgently or sooner than 48 hours, please let our pharmacists know immediately so we can prioritise their script where possible.
