As a full-service pharmacy, we efficiently dispense all PBS and Private scripts, alongside our custom compounded medications.

How to Submit Your Script

To get your medication prepared, simply choose one of the options below:

   Call our team directly to discuss your prescription requirements and request a price quote.

Important Processing Information:

• 48-Hour Notice: Kindly note that we typically require 48 hours’ notice to prepare your compounded medications.
• Collection or Delivery: One of our pharmacists will contact you as soon as your medication is ready for collection. Alternatively, we can securely post it to your door via Express Post for an additional fee.
• Original Scripts: Please note that for custom compounded and prescription medications, we must receive your original physical script (or a valid electronic token) before we can supply your medication.

Some items do not require a Script

Certain specialized products—including vitamins, cosmetic creams, and targeted supplements—do not necessitate a prescription. However, because they are clinical-grade, they do require evaluation by a pharmacist to ensure they are safe and correct for you.
