• 48-Hour Notice: Because custom medications are made from scratch in our laboratory, we typically require 48 hours' notice to prepare your compounded medication.
• Priority Service: We strictly prioritise compounding for children and urgent medical emergencies to ensure vulnerable patients get their care without delay.
• Doctor Liaison: If we have any inquiries or need clarification regarding your prescription, our compounding pharmacists will reach out directly to your doctor to ensure you receive your medication as swiftly and safely as possible.
