Magnesium glycinate 300mg

Magnesium glycinate is supplement that increases magnesium levels.  Glycine is an amino acid known to produce a calming effect.   Some people with low magnesium may benefit from supplements but not everyone will need them. 

Magnesium is a vital nutrient for regulating numerous body processes, including nerve and muscle function, blood sugar levels, repairing damaged cells, ensuring enough antioxidants are in your body and blood pressure.   Magnesium also supports the making of protein, DNA and bone.  Various health conditions and some medications can impact the amount of magnesium available in your body.

Common side effects include Diarrhea, Nausea and Stomach Cramps. If you do experience any side effects please contact the team at Midland Pharmacy & Compounding Centre as soon as possible.  Significant side effects can include low blood pressure, fatigue, muscle weakness, difficulty in breathing, irregular heartbeat and retention of urine - should you experience any of the you need to call your doctor or visit the nearest emergency centre.

Dosage:  At night, as per directions from your healthcare professional, pharmacist or doctor.
